Pinnacle Series for AutoCAD Civil 3D is by far and away the best tech support for Civil 3D. I have used other support services where I may get my issue addressed in a few hours, typically in 24 hours, but with Pinnacle I get tech support in less than a minute from people that really know Civil 3D. They provide lots of videos and text support, but I use the chat function for instant access to them. When they don't know how to answer immediately, we do a screen share and usually figure out in a few minutes. Their videos are also very helpful, and there are lots of them. I like being able to run the video and pause it as I am working on a task that I may not have done before, or at least not for a long time. Pinnacle is the best support money I have ever spent on any product!
