This lady was confrontational and rude. When questioning the charges she became defensive and would not explain the charges, Talked over me when asking questions and referred me to the Tax Commission. Will never go to this Tag agency. She needs some lessons in customer service.

Went here 3pm to get a notarization on a document. $5. No wait. Lady even allowed me to put my letter in their basket for carrier pickup. Convenient location. Great that they offer extra services like that and faxing.

Worst service ever!!!!! Lady was very rude and unhelpful. Went in to get a passport, she got rude right off because we did not have an appointment. She did not have an appointment until 9:39, it was only 9:10 so I asked if she could go ahead and do it. Her reply was as long as the other person did not show up.?... Then after asking for all the documents in very rude tones and standing there for a while she tells me her camera is down and can't do it. What a waist of time!!!
