Worst service ever!!!!! Lady was very rude and unhelpful. Went in to get a passport, she got rude right off because we did not have an appointment. She did not have an appointment until 9:39, it was only 9:10 so I asked if she could go ahead and do it. Her reply was as long as the other person did not show up.?... Then after asking for all the documents in very rude tones and standing there for a while she tells me her camera is down and can't do it. What a waist of time!!!
