I ordered a uniform for track more than 2-3 months ago and still haven't gotten it. Every time I call them they are never open and this happened to multiple other people on the track team. I'm thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. Would never buy from them again.

I called in November to order a warmup outfit for my daughter's birthday which was at the end of November. I had heard they were extremely slow so I made it a point to ask them how long the order would take. I was surprised when they "promised" within 2 weeks. I called two weeks later when I didn't hear anything and they said it needed another week. Called the next week....they said it needed another week. Birthday passed then they promised me on another 3 phone calls it would be ready as a Christmas gift. Called the week leading up to Christmas when I once again didn't hear anything. They promised up and down that it would be ready but still wasn't ready. Called again a few days before. Not ready. Called again the DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Now they finally admitted it wouldn't be ready. Very disappointing! Now it's January 12th and I called 2 more times after Christmas because they STILL never called me or communicated anything. I even called and asked for the Manager to call me. Do you think she called? Nope. I will say they are calm and friendly over the phone but terrible customer service and they didn't even offer to do anything for me and seemed to care less when I cancelled my order. They keep blaming the rep but can't they take any responsibility? Offer a discount? Call me back at the very least to give me a heads up. I called SEVEN times and not once did they call me. I want to warn others that their "promises" mean nothing. Honestly, wish I never placed the order in the first place and can't believe they handle business this way.

I stopped by at EmbroidMe today and I have to say the service I received was excellent. I had a last minute gift that I needed to get embroidered and Joanne was able to get it accomplished in less than an hour! She was professional, polite, and helpful in picking out thread colors and getting the garment set up. It is only after I returned to pick up the completed garment that I realized she had stayed after hours to complete my order--talk about customer service! In this day and age it is near impossible to find customer service like this, especially around the holidays. I cannot recommend Joanne and the Green Brook EmbroidMe enough. Stop by and ask for Joanne, you will not be disappointed.
