Zero customer service. Don't waste your time. The young gal was wonderful but when Kim walked in it all changed. She said the gal was too busy to finish helping me and chased her away. She was flat and rude and just wanted me out of there. I requested a formal quote so I wouldn't have to start over the next time and left. I requested confirmation of my file type before having to drive over because you have to go in to place the order and I'd already gone there twice. Never got a reply. They had all my contact information, I'd had a quote done while there and literally never attempted to contact me once. They contacted my coworker! Who had nothing to do with it and was very annoyed. At the very least they could have emailed me for my contact info rather than contacting my coworker. We were referred here and I let the referral know this wasn't a good place to refer to. If I'd ordered online or someplace else I'd have my items already. Very frustrating.Update: I did end up ordering local from a different company up the road with amazing results at a far better value. Don't waste your time here. They don't appreciate customers at all. Go somewhere that knows this is important to you and will get the job done.
