Feedback:

Extremely slow, they only open during the day so a working parent should not use this place. My daughter has had to repeat clothing for school bc this company has completely failed to call to say her things were ready and as a parent who works either you take off to pick your things up or it will be weeks before your things are returned. I will never use this company again.

Peter and his staff are awesome! They are super helpful, talented and do great work. We have been to many embroidery places around the US for work, and this place sticks out as the best!

The company I work for has used EmbroidMe to order all of our uniform T-shirts and caps for the last 4 year+. The design of our logo is true to form and hue when printed on the uniforms. Customer Service is always friendly. We rarely have an issue but whenever questions about an order arise, they are prompt to reply and offer solutions. Turn around time is about a week for larger orders.

BEWARE - My company used EmbroidMe to embroider some bags we had for a conference. When they told us the bags were ready for pick-up, upon inspection we noticed the faulty embroidery - stitching on top of itself, crooked lettering, etc. They acted appalled that we would like them to be fixed. They ended up redoing the bags, though some of them still inconsistent (1 bag was done on a patch, 1 was still crooked, etc.). When we asked about a refund for the mess up, they said they refused to give us any money back since the embroidery job was "really hard" and they "spent more time on the project than they'd like to discuss". Very poor delivery on the job and terrible customer service. There's a reason why the reviews are so low.

This interface won't allow a review without, at least, giving a single star. But my experience with the service there was so horrendous, that giving them a single star is the waste of a click. "Abysmal" would be complementary.

They handle the embroidery of The Home Depot aprons and do an excellent job! They get items back to us very timely! Great shop! Love doing business with them!
