BEWARE - My company used EmbroidMe to embroider some bags we had for a conference. When they told us the bags were ready for pick-up, upon inspection we noticed the faulty embroidery - stitching on top of itself, crooked lettering, etc. They acted appalled that we would like them to be fixed. They ended up redoing the bags, though some of them still inconsistent (1 bag was done on a patch, 1 was still crooked, etc.). When we asked about a refund for the mess up, they said they refused to give us any money back since the embroidery job was "really hard" and they "spent more time on the project than they'd like to discuss". Very poor delivery on the job and terrible customer service. There's a reason why the reviews are so low.
