This place was great! I stopped into the showroom and Jorden helped me pick out items. We got our jackets nearly a week before expected. Fantastic quality and the embroidery is perfect. Millions of products to choose from! Will definitely be ordering here in the future for promo and company products.

I like their service but their policy has changed on outside shirts. I needed to have my last name and a jersey number put on my son's college football fan shirt for my all my family so we can support our son in the Stadium seats. The gentleman that helped me said it's been about 3 years since they've stop doing that. I've had previous High School football jerseys with our son's name and jersey number so I thought I'd take it back to them but I didn't know about this policy change. They have good business services alongside with the products they offer. It's just that I needed these jerseys that is sold only at my son's college to have his name and jersey number imprinted on it. I'll just have to find another place that does screening work

Went into store based on the favorable reviews. My impression is much different. I needed 3 hats to have a changed date sewn on. The quote was $90 set up and $10/ hat. They didn’t want the job! Go to Wasatch Embroidery. They suggested just sewing over the old date and then putting on the new date. Total cost: $10/hat. I know where all my embroidery work will be done!

Worst shop in the Salt lake valley , take your money to the other embroidery shops , they are a 2nd hand party that charge Ridiculous pricing , and customer service is disgusting .

Watch the quality of Embroidme's work. We've had several orders in the past where they've messed up. Names are misspelled, mistakes have ruined shirts that we've brought in (as they tried to unpick the stitching and left hole in the shirts). We had a group of shirts that they ruined and had to replace. We also had to deal with missed deadlines because they farmed the work out to EmbroidMe in Midvale (which has now closed).We have an order for $1,100 sitting there but they won't get to work on it because they want payment in full prior to the work being done. Why would anyone pay in full prior to the work being done knowing there's a good chance that there will be problems with said work?I offered a radical idea of paying half now, half on pickup but that wasn't good enough for the manager. Time to look for some place else.

Had a rush job that was very small but very important to me. Dan came in with broken ribs and got it done. My client was very happy and asked if he could get more the next day. Dan stayed late and got it done. Can't say enough good things about this store. Rose is amazing at coming up with out of the box ideas for promotional items.
