Watch the quality of Embroidme's work. We've had several orders in the past where they've messed up. Names are misspelled, mistakes have ruined shirts that we've brought in (as they tried to unpick the stitching and left hole in the shirts). We had a group of shirts that they ruined and had to replace. We also had to deal with missed deadlines because they farmed the work out to EmbroidMe in Midvale (which has now closed).We have an order for $1,100 sitting there but they won't get to work on it because they want payment in full prior to the work being done. Why would anyone pay in full prior to the work being done knowing there's a good chance that there will be problems with said work?I offered a radical idea of paying half now, half on pickup but that wasn't good enough for the manager. Time to look for some place else.
