I love EmmaLee and her staff! They always remember you. So courteous and kind! I’ve never had an insurance company treat me so good. They are always on top of things and quick to respond. I love all the perks they offer. They take us to big first night movie releases and little gifts every once in a while. She is seriously THE BEST!!!

Such a great experience, whenever I call I get answers right away. Such a friendly group to deal with I just love them. And they make me not feel forgotten like agencies in the past. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family without a doubt .

We have always bragged about our State Farm Insurance. This weekend, roadside assistance left me in tears.We decided to take my husband ( who is on Hospice) on a little trip to Shoshone Falls since he doesn't ever get out of the house or even the bed. Our car broke down (very unusual). We called for a tow, and advised roadside assistance we had a patient on oxygen. Road side assistance advised us to call 911; not an option if you are on Hospice, and we let them know that. The $377 to cover towing was immediately taken out of my bank account. We contacted the towing company to let them know also. Two hours later we were contacted by the towing company to let us know they had not yet received a P.O. to authorize them to come get us. I couldn't believe it; in this day and age of computerization, the State Farm road assistance hadn't acted! I have never been so disappointed and wanted to cry, but didn't want to do so in front of anyone else in our vehicle.

Thoroughly enjoyed the office. Some of the best financial minds in Idaho Falls. Went there for auto insurance and left with fire and a retirement/ life insurance policy.
