This is specifically for their electrical service.I give them some credit for taking over a permit that a previous contractor skipped out on. Other than that, it was a nightmare.I ask them to install an exhaust fan and add a switch. Instead of talking through options with me, they install a single switch next to my other single switch instead of installing a 2 gang. I had a different contractor patch the hole they made and install a double switch in the 1 gang hole. Much simpler. They put a hole in my wall for no reason.They drill a hole in my ceiling by accident, and don't even tell me!Labeled the breaker box in the laziest fashion possible. Most of it was wrong.They wanted to get in/get out as fast as they could without any communication.I'm giving them an extra star because they did help with my permit issue as well as come back at no cost to fix some defects they created to pass inspection.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an HVAC repair needed. From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone was friendly and professional. They were trustworthy and I felt confident in their recommendations. I will definitely use Air Today for all needs moving forward!

Matthew was early to repair my pipes under my kitchen sink, I like that. He was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable about plumbing. I appreciate he showed me and explained to me the problem and what he would do to repair it. Eric and his team installed a new Trane system and ductwork at my home that was flooded by hurricane florence. His price beat the competition compared to a less energy efficient system. Great customer service.

In the middle of July, these guys came right out and fixed the issue. I have an old AC unit that could be replaced but still works. Instead of charging me an arm and leg, they cleaned the unit and refilled with Freon (sp?). There was a type of Freon that can fix leaks. Its a bit more expensive but he explained the pros and cons of each and ultimately let me make the decision without pressuring me. The AC has been working great since. Highly recommend this company!

Installed two HVAC units 5 years ago. Great then and great on two follow ups. Most recently AC went out on one unit. Easy part replacement under warranty and very fair. Even more recently, needed charging outlet for Tesla and used their electrician who did the job for about half of what Tesla told me to expect. And very nice people too!!

They replaced our air-conditioning unit. Service and install were done well. My wife and I had the whole process explained and all questioned were answered in a timely fashion. They kept us informed about what was going on throughout the entire process.I strongly recommend Air Today for your heating and air-conditioning needs. We were more than satisfied.

Technician was very thorough when working on my system. Very satisfied with the work. The office called in the late morning to set-up appointment for the same afternoon. Technician arrived even earlier than originally expected.
