This is specifically for their electrical service.I give them some credit for taking over a permit that a previous contractor skipped out on. Other than that, it was a nightmare.I ask them to install an exhaust fan and add a switch. Instead of talking through options with me, they install a single switch next to my other single switch instead of installing a 2 gang. I had a different contractor patch the hole they made and install a double switch in the 1 gang hole. Much simpler. They put a hole in my wall for no reason.They drill a hole in my ceiling by accident, and don't even tell me!Labeled the breaker box in the laziest fashion possible. Most of it was wrong.They wanted to get in/get out as fast as they could without any communication.I'm giving them an extra star because they did help with my permit issue as well as come back at no cost to fix some defects they created to pass inspection.
