Feedback:

Paid bill two days before the end of my extention, (with entergy account text messeges as proof,) and had to leave town for a week. My cats were in the house. Come back to learn it was shut off the same day after I paid it, and no matter who I talk to on the phone, they try to claim the bill was due three days before the date they gave me, and that I was "several days late." My cats were there. In the heat. Lucky that a friend came by and saved them from dying. They also blame their inaccuracies on my bills on me like I'm stupid. I unplug everything every single time I leave my house. I shut things off when they are not in use. I have a tiny 2 bedroom house, and I have bills as high as $200-300. That makes no sense and my landlord said my electrical stuff is fine. Anyone know another energy company for HS, or is this all that we got left with?

Due to intense storms in the area, our power went out last night about 2000 and was restored this morning around 0845. 12 hours without power wasn’t ideal but manageable. I know Entergy’s employees were working as quickly as possible to get it restored and I’m thankful for them!

My husband and I have been trying to get my aunt's power turned back on for three weeks. Her home was broken into and the thieves stole all the wiring. We've had an electrician repair the wiring, but Entergy will not turn the power back on. We cannot check the electricity or pay our electrician until the power is on. We have called Entergy over 10 times to have the power turned back on. This problem is occurring in Jefferson County. What is our next step?

My electricity has been out since yesterdsy afternoon... about 27 hours now. Keeping track of repairs after the stormy weather yesterday morning, I've watched the outages on my street be fixed until now there are only two left... my house and the church next door. I thought it would be done by four. It wasn't. I called. Apparently there is a blown transformer fuse. And a new time that it will be fixed before 10 p.m. unless it isn't and the time is changed again. My patience is wearing thin... or maybe I am hangry after no cooking for the past four mealtimes.

My husband and I have been trying to get our service from the pole to the house put up and turned on. We have still as of today have no power or seen or heard from anyone. This has been going on for almost two months now. It's sad when you call and you get to the last person or department and they end up hanging up on you. Also, when they say someone will be contacting you back in the next 48 to 72 business hours. Still today, we have not received phone calls back as well as two cancelled work orders and soon to be three. I see why some people get mad at energy.

Neat addition to camping site. Lake Catherine is pretty gross anyway, so not like it could get ruined, as stated by previous Googler, with out Entergy, half these trails wouldn't exist.
