My husband and I have been trying to get our service from the pole to the house put up and turned on. We have still as of today have no power or seen or heard from anyone. This has been going on for almost two months now. It's sad when you call and you get to the last person or department and they end up hanging up on you. Also, when they say someone will be contacting you back in the next 48 to 72 business hours. Still today, we have not received phone calls back as well as two cancelled work orders and soon to be three. I see why some people get mad at energy.
