Worst customer experience ever. My insurance company rented out their vehicle for me while my car was being worked on. Upon picking up my vehicle from the collision center and dropped off the rental car you won’t believe that after one week I get a charge of additional one week on my card and the staff claim that I never returned the vehicle. The manager Kern Hagley claimed he investigated the situation and after 2 weeks ended up with the conclusion that I never returned the car after picking up my car from the collision center and that for some reason the car showed up in the garage and the keys in their office with no record of me ever dropping it off. He was so rude and so unprofessional that he literally called me a liar by making such speculations. I had to approach the manager at the collision center who apologized and said they will cover the cost without anyone explaining to me what actually happened. I am guessing their staff misplaced the keys to the car and they never logged in the vehicle after the returns. What a shame Kern you need to attend a customer experience class or something.
