Worst customer experience ever. My insurance company rented out their vehicle for me while my car was being worked on. Upon picking up my vehicle from the collision center and dropped off the rental car you won’t believe that after one week I get a charge of additional one week on my card and the staff claim that I never returned the vehicle. The manager Kern Hagley claimed he investigated the situation and after 2 weeks ended up with the conclusion that I never returned the car after picking up my car from the collision center and that for some reason the car showed up in the garage and the keys in their office with no record of me ever dropping it off. He was so rude and so unprofessional that he literally called me a liar by making such speculations. I had to approach the manager at the collision center who apologized and said they will cover the cost without anyone explaining to me what actually happened. I am guessing their staff misplaced the keys to the car and they never logged in the vehicle after the returns. What a shame Kern you need to attend a customer experience class or something.

Used them through an insurance claim. Needed the car longer than insurance would pay they said no problem and I paid same rate for the extra days!The only thing I did not like was I returned it on Sunday and they charged me for Monday because they are closed on Sunday's and it is done by when the car is checked in by someone. What's the point of drop box if you get charged another day?! Not happy about that at all. The car I was rented was great and the personnel were fantastic. I will be back.

Great customer service at picking up the vehicle and during the rental period. Didn’t give them 5 starts due to an unfair returning process or policy. The vehilcle’s returning date and time was on Saturday by Noon. Due to extremed heavy traffic (normal in Northern Virginia Area), I called to let them know I will be 30 min late. The employee talked to the assistant manager and their answer was that I will be charged 2 additional days because they will close at noon and the next working day was Monday. I told them that I will drop the key at their drop-off box but they didn’t accept my suggestion to avoid the extra charges. I’m pretty sure that they could check their security cameras to check the time I returned the vehicle. Anyway, after multiple attempts they told me about their parent location that is opened until 3:00 PM. Sure enogh, I returned the vehicle at 12:30 PM and I didn’t get the extra charges. It was a happy but painful ending.

Enterprise Dale City is a great place to rent a car .The service is excellent , the people are friendly and they always make an effort to ensure that you are a completely satisfied customer. I 've been renting cars from them for years and the service has been consistently outstanding !
