I have been insured with Erie through Eric & Team since I received my Learner's Permit. Moving my policy from my parents to my own, and now home ownership etc. Always helpful whenever I call, they always know who I am and have policy info immediately. My rates are fantastic and other's can not believe the pricing. Very appreciative of everything Eric Snyder insurance agency has done for me over the years and hope to continue with them for many more! Thanks!

I have been insured through Eric since I first started driving 25+ years ago. I was rearended twice in the span of three years and they were awesome to deal with. Always professional, helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Very unprofessional. Called in 2 days ago about receiving a quote for car insurance. I was told by the agent, I would recieve a call back in less than an hour. I just now have recieved a TEXT MESSAGE, not a phone call, from Eric W Snyder Insurance an hour ago telling me they would not be able to offer a quote for me, nor any insurance policies. Absolutely no details on why they could not insure me. Didnt receive a phone call to discuss anything, after being told I would receive a call back. All around very unprofessional. I am currently insured through Allstate and was calling to inquire about cheaper pricing. I have never received this poor quality service from any other insurance provider while asking for information/quote(s).

For decades, we have used Eric to insure our houses, autos, and boats. A friendly, knowledgeable person (not machine) always answers the phone at Eric Snyder Agency and that's important to me! I received towing reimbursements the next day. Major house damage by hail was repaired quickly with no complications, unlike my neighbors who had other insurers who took many months to get repairs approved. My teenage son's auto accident was defended and successfully resolved by ERIE. I highly trust Eric, his staff, and ERIE Insurance. We also use ERIE to insure our business. Twenty yrs later & living many counties away, we continue to be 100% satisfied with Eric & ERIE. Eric is always only a phone call away.
