Very unprofessional. Called in 2 days ago about receiving a quote for car insurance. I was told by the agent, I would recieve a call back in less than an hour. I just now have recieved a TEXT MESSAGE, not a phone call, from Eric W Snyder Insurance an hour ago telling me they would not be able to offer a quote for me, nor any insurance policies. Absolutely no details on why they could not insure me. Didnt receive a phone call to discuss anything, after being told I would receive a call back. All around very unprofessional. I am currently insured through Allstate and was calling to inquire about cheaper pricing. I have never received this poor quality service from any other insurance provider while asking for information/quote(s).
