They really need to make it obvious that the shuttle bus going back to the terminal leaves from across the street and along the road a bit. Otherwise you accidentally stand in the part that says "shuttle bus area" next to the building, which is only for drop off and the shuttle bus won't pick you up.

Well I rent one Mercedes GLA in Europcar in Ciampino airport and when I arrive in the office for pick up the car, I find the man work in there very gentle and professional. The transaction was fast take me few minute. The car was great clean and new I really enjoy to use for few days. When I bring back the car I find one different man I was also very friendly and professional. I check the car no damage no issues. I'm really enjoy and I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, friendly, great car and no issues. I can't wait for my next rent. Thank you Europcar.
