Feedback:

Smiling guy at the desk told us that the car we had booked well in advance was "accidently" not available and that no replacement was available in any way. He did let us use his phone to discuss this with the booking agency. He sure was very polite but did absolutely nothing to help, he didn't even try, and the agency far away could do nothing to solve this. After two hours of arguing and no results, our holiday plans was completely ruined. Other rental companies in the same room had the same smug smile in their faces and did not want to help. Until the call was finally ended. But after that, a few cars were suddenly available at 2-3x prices. Another couple behind us had the same experience and started crying. Do you feel the smell? Always avoid this company! Warn your friends!
