Since working for fulfilmentcrowd I've received nothing but support and positive feedback from the rest of the team. Everyone is friendly, hard-working and generous with their time. It's been great to join this company while they continue to succeed at what they do best- supporting the order fulfilment technology and service needs of growing online retailers. If you're in need of a 3PL provider that go the extra mile, I wouldn't hesistate to get in touch.

An excellent company to work for, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They also offer an excellent Product and Service, which is proven by the amount of customers we retain. The management are approachable and if you're struggling with anything they want to help you solve it. If you seen a vacancies and want to work for a fun forward thinking company, then apply, you won't regret it.

Currently ‘onboarding’ a new ecommerce venture and fulfilmentcrowd have been very easy to deal with so far. I am particularly impressed with their simple pricing, attentive people, modern centres and good tech.

Used Fulfillment Crowd for a few months and very happy so far. Our website hooks up with their platform and they get orders out to customers fast. Having moved from another provider, I really value their simple and consistent pricing which means there are no nasty surprises when getting the bill!

Fulfilmentcrowd are a terrible company to deal with and I recommend you look elsewhere for your fulfillment needs. The issues we've had with them are myriad, but to name just a few:1) Marketplace integrations we were promised were possible at sign-up have still not been implemented some 4 months after we were on-boarded, and no one can tell us why. If you want to sell via Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime or an Opencart webstore, forget about it. It's not going to happen with Fulfilmentcrowd, despite what they advertise on their website or what their sales team will tell you when they're trying to sign you up.2) Your one and only source of contact is a so-called dedicated "fulfillment expert" who doesn't work on-site at the warehouse where your inventory is stored. You're on your own if he or she is away on annual leave as no-one else will pick up his or her workload. Our retail business essentially had to grind to a halt every time our fulfillment expert took time off, which they seemed to do quite regularly and without much notice.3) Stock gets lost or held up at alarmingly regular intervals. Fulfilmentcrowd will tell you that they aim to process all new deliveries within 8 hours, but we've had deliveries take up to two weeks to find their way onto our shelves, ready for shipping to customers. No one will email you if there is a problem by the way, it's up to you to constantly monitor and chase up any delays.We decided to outsource our fulfillment to simplify our business processes, but working with Fulfilmentcrowd has been nothing but a headache, has resulted in increased costs and lower turnover due to the limitations of their system. We will be bringing our fulfilment back in-house. Working with Fulfilmentcrowd has been nothing but a very expensive mistake.
