We booked a tour from San Cristóbal to Aqua Azul and Palenque and it was really really a bad experience! The driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up (at 4.00 am !) and his driving was super crazy and absolutely dangerous! We got the worst seats in the bus and did not even have the possibility to attach ourselves. The sightings were very touristic but beautiful but we would never ever go on this tour again: it means sitting in a tiny bus for more than 10 hours and will cause you anxiety and pain in your back as well as your head! By the way: the driver must havestarted his day around 3.30 am and finished around 11.00 pm!!! This is far from normal and absolutely not human!!! I can not even describe how angry and disappointed we are about this tour! We travel a lot but have never made a worse experience with a tour!!!
