(Translated by Google) Thanks to Exploring Chiapas we were able to get to know Palenque, Agua Azul Waterfalls and Mishol Ha, it is not a secret that the surrounding towns usually make constant blockages, ask for money "by force" with makeshift booths or lying on the road and when acquiring the tour one He worries about these types of issues, since the vans go together and he gives the assurance that if something happens, they can pick you up quickly, in addition the drivers speak the dialect of the people and avoid some abuses, others on the plane can not but This is not the agency's fault. I can't complain about such absurd things as the bumpy road or because the dining options are agreed between the agency and certain restaurants, because there is NOTHING to the surroundings anyway and it is an all-day walk, so you need eat.

(Translated by Google) Impuntuales, around 40 minutes of the time they say .. they put you in vans where they feel like they pick up people without respecting those who need a larger place ... The guide and drivers have time counted Simó quite brief in the interesting areas such as palenque .. it's worth looking for another company with more comfortable transport, we are really talking about trips of 3 -5 hours one way ..(Original)Impuntuales , entorno a 40 minutos de la hora que dicen.. te meten en furgonetas donde se sientan conforme recogen a la gente sin respetar a quienes necesitan un lugar más amplio...

We booked a tour from San Cristóbal to Aqua Azul and Palenque and it was really really a bad experience! The driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up (at 4.00 am !) and his driving was super crazy and absolutely dangerous! We got the worst seats in the bus and did not even have the possibility to attach ourselves. The sightings were very touristic but beautiful but we would never ever go on this tour again: it means sitting in a tiny bus for more than 10 hours and will cause you anxiety and pain in your back as well as your head! By the way: the driver must havestarted his day around 3.30 am and finished around 11.00 pm!!! This is far from normal and absolutely not human!!! I can not even describe how angry and disappointed we are about this tour! We travel a lot but have never made a worse experience with a tour!!!

AVOID this tour company!!!!Worse experience ever in Mexico. They use extremely small and uncomfortable mini vans not to mention the rude driver and how packed the mini van is. I’m taking a tour right now with them and my husbands leg wouldn’t feet on the last seat but the rude driver still insisted in packing more people at the back! WhenI purchased the ticket I specifically ask the agent for either a big van or at least to be picked up first. The agent accepted and put a note on the piece of paper saying “pick up first” , however we were picked up before the last couple. So they promise things just so you book the tour with them! Once In the packed mini van they play loud reggaetón music and take you to a tourist trap restaurant for an hour so that you pay $95 for a breakfast. If you don’t want to eat then you need to set out on the pavement with the freezing weather to wait for everyone to come back to the car. The driver would not allow us to go back in the car. My partner and I never really write reviews but the service has been so poor starting with a travel agent lying and the driver so rude that we decided to write this so other tourist don’t have to go through the same.

(Translated by Google) We went to this tour agency because the fact of including traveler insurance seemed an excellent plus that most agencies do not seem to include. Oh disappointment ...Since the Hotel arrived for us, the experience was terrible. Upon arriving at the hotel, the driver of the unit was desperate for what he called the room insistently several times to announce that he was already inside the facilities. I understand that it is important to be on time since you have to pick up other people at your hotel, but it is important to mention that the driver arrived before the agreed time, besides that they must have contemplated a tolerance time so that we can go down to the reception (As tolerance time I mean a time of about 5 mins, which is basically the time it took us to download)Once on the road we made a temporary stop to go to Caravana with other agencies which made us lose a little time but to some extent it is acceptable. Already on the road to Palenque, the driver was going at an excessive speed if we take into account that it is a road with too many stops, holes, landslides and curves. It was early morning so it is almost unseen, to the extent that on several occasions hit the buffers. Apparently their drivers have a total ignorance of the roads, or otherwise this would not happen regularly. But there does not end the bad experience ...We continued heading to Palenque and we had to stop because the road was blocked by inhabitants of the community. Because of that we stopped to "have breakfast" in Ocosingo, to a restaurant that offers buffet breakfast if you can call it breakfast ... The place can be humble or simple but I can swear that the food was as bad as the same agency. Fortunately or unfortunately, the drivers agreed and decided to pass by the side of the road to avoid the blockade and keep moving forward. We had to take another road that goes to Tonina to reach our first destination of the itinerary after a long 8 hours. Regarding the latter, I must thank and acknowledge that the drivers sought the alternative to visit the destinations agreed on the tour despite the events. On the other hand, I think it is the responsibility of the agency to inform about possible blockages so that the people who hire the tour have the free decision to take the tour or not. (In this case the agency did know about the blockade but did not want to mention it for obvious reasons) Also it is possible to emphasize that the trip was too exhausting since the light trucks are small and uncomfortable. Another point is that they have air conditioning at all times. It is true that it is very hot outside and it may be more comfortable to bring air, but I think it should be gradual, as it is also true that the temperature changes so suddenly, caused many in the truck to resent it. You have to be a little more aware please ...As they say around there, everyone talks as they do at the fair, but if they have the chance, they can hire the tour with another agency that is not this one.(Original)Acudimos a esta agencia de tours ya que el hecho de incluir seguro de viajero nos pareció un excelente plus que la mayoría de las agencias al parecer no incluyen.
