AVOID this tour company!!!!Worse experience ever in Mexico.They use extremely small and uncomfortable mini vans not to mention the rude driver and how packed the mini van is. I’m taking a tour right now with them and my husbands leg wouldn’t feet on the last seat but the rude driver still insisted in packing more people at the back! WhenI purchased the ticket I specifically ask the agent for either a big van or at least to be picked up first. The agent accepted and put a note on the piece of paper saying “pick up first” , however we were picked up before the last couple. So they promise things just so you book the tour with them! Once In the packed mini van they play loud reggaetón music and take you to a tourist trap restaurant for an hour so that you pay $95 for a breakfast. If you don’t want to eat then you need to set out on the pavement with the freezing weather to wait for everyone to come back to the car. The driver would not allow us to go back in the car. My partner and I never really write reviews but the service has been so poor starting with a travel agent lying and the driver so rude that we decided to write this so other tourist don’t have to go through the same.
