Always a pleasant experience from the receptionists to the higienist to the doctors. I just had a cleaning and by far one of the best I have ever had Sarah was very thorough and left myou teeth feeling the best. Thank you for all you do. See you in August.....

Amazing dentists. Dr Stein & Dr Chernin have done so much amazing work on my teeth (mostly root canals and crowns). I choose to drive 30 minutes to this location to see Dr Chernin rather than go see another dentist at the location 2 minutes down the street from me. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I never even got in the door because the receptionist was extremely rude when I called to make my first appointment! I asked for an appointment and stayed that I hadn't been there yet. Stacey, the "receptionist," asked very sarcastically if I had insurance and I told her that I did. She then said, even more sarcastically, "Do you want to share?" I told her she was rude and hung up. I never take time to write reviews and whenever I have done so, it's been to say something nice. However, this lady was so rude, and I just thought the dentists there might want to be made aware.

My name is Allen. I’m 15. I started to see Dr. Mila Belgrade when I was younger and I remember my first visit with Dr Mila. I was so scared but Dr Mila helped change my view on dentists and since then I didn’t think of the trip to the dentist as scary but instead enjoyed my visit. Dr Mila and her assistant Wendy are two of the best dentists at Family Dental. They are kind, caring, and compassionate towards their patients. They are very professional and can make you laugh at the same time. I understand that when I get older and can’t see Dr Mila and Wendy but I will certainly bring my kids here. I also want to thank everybody at the front desk.

Dr.Mila and her assistant Ewa are excellent with young kids. I haven't ever seen before a child gets excited about his or her visit to the dentist, but my children get. Dr.Mila and Ewa, are creative, patient, professional, kind and very careful. Dr.Mila definitely knows how to give kids a beautiful pain-free smile. Thank you so much!

First and foremost I must say that everyone that I have come in contact with has been pleasant & welcoming besides the person I am referring to.. today I had a horrible experience! Dr. Kenyatta did my scaling today. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to my 2 front teeth being cracked in half, so since the trauma my teeth are EXTRA sensitive. The receptionist put on my chart patient must have Nitrous Oxide before treatment. When I went in the room I tried reminding the dr about the gas and she cut me off and said “yea yea yea I got it you’ll be fine”..we’ll she then Put the suction in my mouth and started putting the numbing gel on..so I said to her “aren’t you going to start with the gas first?” She then said “oh you want the gas? All right I guess...let me get someone to hook it up” so now as she’s doing that..I have the suction in my mouth along with a stick sticking out of my mouth with numbing gel..at least 5 minutes went by and the numbing gel went in the back of my throat and I started choking..so I take the suction out of my mouth and she’s shoving it back in as I’m telling her to take it out so that I can swallow and catch my breath..again kept shoving it back in stating “oh my dear just relax this is normal” she started cleaning and got to my top teeth and I nearly went through the roof cause she never numbed my top teeth And she wasn’t giving me a chance to tell her. she was also so rough on my 2 front teeth which I told her to go easy cause they are only bonded. I was also swimming in water..all over my head and neck..When she was done she’s like “ok your done”..I was like “you never gave me oxygen??” ( which you are supposed to have after gas) & she says “oh yes I did you want more?” Never once did she give me oxygen until I asked for it! Worst experience ever! So painful, no compassion whatsoever & straight out lied to me about giving me oxygen ...I am not an idiot, I work in the field and I know what oxygen feels and hears like when it’s being given..I never once write reviews about anything but this I could not let go. Going into my appointment today I was already anxious and she made my anxiety 100x worst, to the point that I didn’t even feel the gas. You are supposed to make patients (especially anxious patients) feel more comfortable not uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Very quick to take your money, Always ask for detailed billing info, very slow to issue a refund when they mess up billing. Buyer be ware do not pay upfront, 4 phone calls with no return call b4 reaching a manager still no promises or ETA for a resolution. Dental work was fantastic office staff not so much.

Dr Koh is the absolute best. I was at ease the entire time. His assistant Wendy was just great. I HIGHLY suggest that anyone try this place. It is truly fantastic
