Why am I always disappointed when I have to interact with the folks who work in the main building. They must all hate their jobs. All the tech guys that have come out to my house have been great and pleasant. FPU is in need of some major customer service training. It is so bad that I was actually scolded at the drive through for not having the tear off part of my bill and I was the only person there. I am also amazed at how high my bill is every month. I am a one person household and my water bill alone is triple what I paid in Nashville. And no I don't have any dripping anything. My electric bill is double for heating and cooling the same square footage and I am very careful when setting that thermostat. I can not speak to the gas bill as this is the first time I have used gas. I don't have cable but I do have internet. The cost is competitive. For the most part I am okay with the service. It does slow down during peak times. It used to go out when it rained, but not as much recently. It used to seem like it went out every night around 12:30 for about 20 minutes but not recently. I can only assume that it was maintenance.All in all, like most of the other reviewers, I am unhappy with FPU. The high cost and the unfriendly manner is disappointing. If their was a choice I would do business elsewhere. I find that I will use the night drop rather than deal with the attitudes when paying my bill.
