This is my second visit to this store, and will be my last. Store is clean, we'll organized, but the employees are strangely un-FedEx like. They take a long time to acknowledge a customer at the counter, and even longer to serve them. The man who waited on me only had to make one copy (yep, just one copy). He made it, kept it with him, and disappeared without explanation for 5 plus minutes. When I asked another employee, she was far from conciliatory. Is there just a morale problem here? The last time I visited, I had a similar problem. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience.
