Variety of providers and excellent staff. They take good care of us. Only issue is finding a parking spot on some days.

I highly recommend Field Insurance Agency! I have done business with them for over 8 years now. I have been impressed with each and every staff member that I have had the pleasure to work with. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my questions or concerns. Quick response to phone calls and emails. Always willing to review my policy to make sure that I have the best coverage for the lowest rate. Even in the face of Hurricane Florence, with their own office and homes possibly in jeopardy, the staff was available to make sure that their clients had a friendly voice to assist them. Definitely the kind of people that I prefer to do business with!!Sue

The insurance rate is low which is great. This review is for a mistreatment of a first time customer. The insurance wrote a policy for my fiancé and I witnessed the unprofessional treatment of him for days and seeing this frustration transpire prompted me to write a review. After he paid the agreed on policy in full things went a bit downhill. 10 days later when the written policy arrived in the mail it didn’t include the agreed on coverage for the both vehicles which was a small mistake and could have been corrected without much effort if the agents took the time to communicate any price changes (if any) that the correction would entail (correction on Filed Insurance part). Unfortunately, calls were not returned promptly and days went by without resolution to the issue while my fiancé ended up owning more money on the policy instead of getting a credit. Insurance should not be this frustrating. The staff answering the calls makes an effort to be kind but communication gets lost for some reason. To top things off my fiancé did receive a call back from Phil just to rudely inform him that it would be best to null the policy all together based on the fact that my fiancé is being unreasonable and not letting Field Insurance perform its job (I was so shocked when I heard the words from Phil). Working in a corporate environment teaches people to be detail oriented and customer satisfaction oriented. All he wanted is a corrected policy and someone to call him back with any changes that effect his valet! You don’t treat a new customer this way who just wants a correct policy so an apology for upsetting a customer is way overdue!

I previously had State Farm for my house and my car. I called Brian at Field Insurance agency and he was GREAT! He was able to get more coverage on both my house and car for a lot less money than State Farm. The staff is always so nice and helpful! I highly recommend Field for anyone who has any insurance needs! It doesn't cost you anything to get quotes and more likely than not, you will switch to Field.
