cannot even give 1 star although I had to to enable that this would be seen. Hired Firstlight to care for a family member while away on vacation for 3 separate dates. Person showed up for 1st date but not for other 2. It took us to call to get a replacement who then took 3 hours to show up. Firstlight then did not send someone for Monday even after I reminded them that they needed to do so. Was charged in full up front and then sent a bill for extras that weren't met. Terribly disorganized and unapologetic!
