Feedback:

What happened to what used to be a well run company here? My bill has doubled in 5 years and Management has turned it into a maximum profit making company with absolutely terrible customer Service now.

It's sad, I just wanted an update on the natural gas leak from yesterday, April 18,2018. I would have put 0 stars if I could have. Never could get the information. Phone line prompts kept hanging up. 11 minutes just nothing. They don't really care about US!

Waited ALL DAY 8-11 a.m. appointment window. When I called around noon I was told they don't really honor specific appointments. When back the 2nd time to check I was told they tried but I was not home and would have to pay an after hours service charge.

the worst service ever. they recently installed a new meter and my electric bill quadrupled. after they installed it the double billed me and resolving that took an act of congress as their staff (you have to go into their office since no one will answer the phone) lacks competence.

I have been a customer of this company for a few years in Fernandina Beach. I called them and said I wanted power turned on at my new house also in Fernandina Beach.The representative took my name, where I wanted the service, my 9 digit zip code. but changed the address and opened an account in my name paying for electric service at someone else's house.About 6 weeks later I received someone else's bill at my first address demanding payment within 2 days.I found out I had no service when the power went off the day of my closing. I called FPU on my cell phone and was told they did not service my home. It was a harrowing day trying to get power from the company which did service my property. They wanted cash up front and have a series of exorbitant fees, and feels for paying by phone -- FPU pulled the tape of my original conversation -- admitting it was there fault. I was told that the person who called my problem was not punished -- he was told that he had to follow procedure and replete back to the client the address they have ordered service for,

Seems like representatives enjoy saying "no." They have no interest in customer service--what happens when there is no competition,

Power outage in a Sunday. Tried calling THREE times and waited nearly 20 minutes each time listening to their program in monitoring propane use. No answer. No power...and my phone's battery is almost dead. Not fun. Wish I had options to go with another company.
