Latest review based on visit of 28th September 2019 at 6.30 pm:We had booked a table for 4 and asked for a quiet table but were given one closest to the bar area and this area was heaving with drinking lads and was incredibly loud.That reminds me, when I booked I asked if the venue was busy at that time usually on a Saturday and was told, "not really"! They even told me that my table would be far away from the bar area!Then we were told that they ran out of draft lager!The food was just ok. The attitude of misleading customers to get them to make bookings and then for a pub to not even have lager on tap is unforgivable. Ps: they even ran out of bottles of Peroni.What a miserable dive this place has sunk to.Update Review: Popped in on the weekend of May Day bank holiday 2019. There were a couple of moody young girls serving at the bar and they took forever to serve us so we just decided to leave and try a more pleasant atmosphere. Old review: The food is good.
