Worst rental experience ever. Rolando was the guy in Puerto Rico that waited on us. First he would not rent us the car we had already reserved unless we bought the insurance through them. I told him the website didn't say that he said that's how it worked there. Second, my flight left at 6am on the return trip but Rolando said they don't open until 7am so I couldn't drop off the car til then and miss my flight or I had to pay another $25 so I could leave it at the airport. Third, it took 45 minutes to get the car because every time the phone rang Rolando would answer abd leave us waiting there.Never again rent from Fox what a horrible exercisePerience.
