They cancelled my policy and didn't tell me. I found out after I received an "overpayment" check from State Farm. So I called to question the check. That's when they told me sorry, we took payment on your policy and shouldn't have. So my question was - I have been without insurance on my house????? The Rep Gisela said "yeah sorry hun". Seriously. Very poor communication guys.REPLY to your REPLY: YOU TOOK PAYMENT ON THE POLICY. THEN TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE!!!! YOU NEVER SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER TO THE INSURED PROPERTY ADDRESS WHICH WAS ALSO WHERE YOU SENT ALL OTHER CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THIS POLICY! PLEASE DON'T TRY AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOU DID ANYTHING RIGHT HERE.
