I've been dealing with Virtuzone since c.2011 both as an employee of a company they setup and latterly, as a business owner.Having dealt with many people there, they are all without exception, worthy of praise.Not to throw compliments around frivolously, but I can not think of a company that I have dealt with, that displays this level of professionalism in the GCC.

You can have company with them for years, paying them regularly, and if you owe them only 1 AED, they will not proceed with any work until you pay, making other people in trouble that doesn't have anything with that payment. Register your company directly.

In order to setup my business in UAE I had to choose a setup company so I went for Virtuzone they weren’t the cheapest one but they were the most reliable experienced and professional my setup company case was handled by Cristina Constantin I remember my first meeting with her she had answer to all my questions and she give me the right option based on my situation , she went straight forward with the time line and she kept me updated all long the process and followed with me even when my case has been handled by visa department . By the way she even answer to my question by WhatsApp after work hours(Unlike some companies they can’t answer right way or give you wrong answer or advice cheapest option are not always the best).thanks Cristina Once the company setup Cristina handled my case to visa department and here comes Kristine Cura this lady went above and beyond to make my visa as smooth as possible. With Kristine everything is easy she is very professional and talented you can notice that she knows what she is doing, she also have this ability to make you confident .thanks KristineThe last person is Janelle De Guzman she was the one finishing up all the procedures for my family member visas.thanks JanelleI would like also to thank all team member of Virtuzone from reception till the one I didn’t had the chance to meet.Thanks Virtuzone.

We did not start off on the right foot..i was not happy with the level of service.. administratively , Virtuzone is excellent I just did not like the way I was treated by the customer service representative assigned to me..however a gentleman called Gabriel took over the follow up and turned around my bad experience into a great one.. thank you Gabriel .. you made my experience with Virtuzone excellent..and I wish all customer service agents are like you.. :) I am a very happy customer thanks to you
