We did not start off on the right foot..i was not happy with the level of service.. administratively , Virtuzone is excellent I just did not like the way I was treated by the customer service representative assigned to me..however a gentleman called Gabriel took over the follow up and turned around my bad experience into a great one.. thank you Gabriel .. you made my experience with Virtuzone excellent..and I wish all customer service agents are like you.. :) I am a very happy customer thanks to you
