this company is by far the worst internet I have ever seen. Cant even log onto their web page to see our bill.........How the heck do they expect us to pay a bill we cant even see? This has gotten even worse over the years. They keep telling me I'm in a high use area...1 person every 4 square miles is high use?!? I think they should have their license pulled as EVERYONE in the Libby area says their AWFUL. The local employees are the only good thing about this bad bad company. Sadly I am forced to live with all the hours of extra workload done at home on their service ( I take care of disabled people). I was very scared during the fires as it was close and couldn't count on them sending a evacuate email in time. They are also famous for emails & post showing up days or week later!

I have tried to call this office multiple times to be met by the answering machine every time, this is highly unprofessional not to mention the service in my area is a complete joke and waste of money, they advertise 6 Mbps but we dont even get 1 Mbps here, speedtests from the last 6 months puts the actual speeds between 0.2 - 0.5 Mbps, so is it not only slow but it is also false advertising.

I am a customer at Frontier for 17 years and run two businesses in town. I could fill pages about bad experiences with Frontier Communications. I believe it is time to rate this company with a one star. More stars for the local employees. No stars for the management who sits in offices out of State unable to solve the crises here in that area! Thanks to MontanaSky for affordable High Speed Internet alternative in the city limit.

I lost my mom they tried to call me to revive her unfortunately the service wasnt working. 15 minutes after they tried calling me they called again telling me she was no longer with us. I called multiple times afterwards trying to get ahold of family.. im so disappointed with frontier. Its constantly no service hopefully they fine someone else out in koootenai vista for emergencies.

We have had this company for going on 2 years. If it were not for the fact that there is simply no other company servicing this area we would have dropped this service the first week we signed up. The Internet is so slow and that is only when it works. We have now been without internet for over a week. We just waited a week for a technician to come to our house only to have the internet quit working a week later and are now once again on a waiting list for another technician. Terrible service, terrible prices, and terrible service. I am giving them one star because they don't have an option for no stars.

Internet service is horrible and the customer service is their isn't any. When you call you are told to call tech service and they want you to figure out what's wrong before they will even consider sending a tech out. The pricing is ridiculous for what you get. Dropping the service.

My descent into frustration seemed to start out well enough. The gentleman who came out and set up the modem and router was professional and friendly enough. He was also nice enough to check the bandwidth and inform me the local infrastructure didn't support anywhere near the bandwidth of the package I had purchased - even though I live one block outside city limits.Everything seemed to go fine until I got my first bill. $250. No explanation, no warning, and not acceptable. It took multiple calls to the local number to find out that it was an installation fee. A blind $250 fee for a single man-hour and a few feet of ethernet cable. They waived the fee, but not until we threatened to cancel service and report a fraudulent charge to our bank. Libby is rural, but service was never what I would consider reliable. The final straw was a 3 day outage while our neighbors still had internet through frontier. I've been using internet tethering through my cellphone since. 200kbps peak speed through my phone, while slower, is more reliable and less frustrating than dealing with Frontier.
