I worked here. She didn't give me my final check and was a snake to her clients. She misrepresented the facts to them and was overall very vindictive. Worst job experience ever!

The experience started off well but quickly went down hill. I was in a desperate situation to get some stockings monogrammed before I left town. Helen said to bring the stockings over asap and she could turn them in a week. When i went back to pick up the stockings, the monograms were not centered. To top it off, one of the monograms slipped while in the hoop and they had to take it out and redo. I understand this happens but make it right for the customer. Helen did say she would do a replacement monogram for me for free but that would not cover the $22 cost of the stocking. Establishment lacks customer service. For $18 per stocking, i expected a much better job.

Do NOT go here for your background check. Total joke. Needed mine for something important- turns out it never went through. Stick with going to a federal building for this. Complete waste of money and time. When questioning why this happened, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I cannot believe the ignorance, not sure how they were approved to do these background checks in the first place. Due to her attitude, I would never even consider them for embroidery services after speaking with her.

Friendly staff once they realize you want to buy something. Lots of great options to choose from, but very expensive. Custom pics are extremely expensive to scan in too.
