Amazing! Besides a mix up about keys when we arrived after hours, our stay was incredible. The condo at One Ocean Place was clean and linens were provided. The staff at Garden Place Realty were friendly and always accomodating. Would definitely recommend using GCR to book your stay.

Our vacation was cut short by Florence, but we'll be back. Our family has booked through Garden City Realty for many, many years, & they are always great to work with, as well as managing some pretty wonderful properties.

Made reservations online. Received confirmation email in a timely manner. Received emails the day before arrival with instructions. Checked in with no problems. Cable went out once, I called and they sent someone out directly. Was fixed within an hour or 2. Only issue I had during my stay. Was handled very quickly with no problems. I thought everyone was very professional, friendly and I would definitely rent from again. Communication by email was superb.
