Made reservations online. Received confirmation email in a timely manner. Received emails the day before arrival with instructions. Checked in with no problems. Cable went out once, I called and they sent someone out directly. Was fixed within an hour or 2. Only issue I had during my stay. Was handled very quickly with no problems. I thought everyone was very professional, friendly and I would definitely rent from again. Communication by email was superb.
