Garrett Good is the best insurance agent I’ve had. I’ve been with State Farm for years but never have had somebody that is as helpful as Garrett and his team. He doesn’t just provide insurance, he provides solutions for problems you don’t know you will have. I understand and review my policy like never before. I’d recommend him to anybody and everybody because we all need coverage in a world full of lawyers.

I switched over to State Farm this past year and was in an unfortunate accident. I called Mr. Good and he took care of everything for me on a Saturday morning. He had everything set up and ready to proceed after a 5 minute phone call. I loved his accessibility and even touched based with me a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend him for your insurance needs!

Really disappointed with my first claim experience here. My brand new car was struck in a parking lot and the person who did it was kind enough to leave a note. I notified them and gave them all of information I was given. A week passed and they never contacted the insurance of the at fault party. I had to call them almost every day for a week to get the ball rolling, meanwhile it is pouring down rain and my damaged car is rusting. The process was so slow I ended up just filing on my behalf through state farm and paying my deductible to be recouped later. There have been at least 3 instances of them "checking on it and getting back to me" and then never calling me back or making any sort of attempt to contact me. I understand being busy, but when a week goes by and they still haven't called me back, it gets upsetting. I then end up calling them and being made to feel like I'm a burden for asking about the status of my claim. Im still waiting to hear back about whether they have even gotten in contact with the liable party's insurance. Even the smallest amount of communication would have made this 800 times less stressful.

Honestly couldn't ask for a better insurance agent! I was looking for my own insurance coverage for the first time & pretty overwhelmed. Garrett made the whole process so easy! Even better, any time I have more questions or need something changed/updated, he's always available at the drop of a hat. Highly recommend!

Garrett was really helpful in setting up a new 401k for me. This isn't something I generally think of getting from an insurance agent but I found it much less stressful with Garrett. I needed to transfer my 401k from my last job and he helped make that transition easier because really, this area isn't my expertise. He was knowlegable and set me up with a comfortable (affordable and risk conscious) plan to continue to put money into my new 401k. No pressure, good businessman here. Thank you for your help!

Im fairly clueless in regards to retirement and investments. I came to Garrett for some help and guidance. He was very helpful, easy to understand and patient with my lack of knowledge; making sure I understood what he was saying. With Garrett, he made me feel like a person and a friend, not just another customer. Will be coming to him for all my future insurance needs.
