Overall Feedback:

Was just hung up on by the listing agent for 42527 Moonridge Road #A, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Apparently if you have already have a buyer's agent it is terribly offensive to contact the listing agent directly for a quick question. If this is your home I'd suggest looking for another listing agent. As a former RE/MAX Realtor myself I found this interaction to be less than professional to say the least...Update: He did call my agent and give him a few more details after hanging up on me so I'll add a star for that. Still no excuse for treating people like that.Update 2: I understand responding to a comment to clarify your side of an issue, but this is totally inaccurate. When asked what HOA fees would be for the condo in question, I was told that would be discussed AT CLOSING! That one sentence should tell you all you need to know about this guy. It's not worth my time dig deeper here because I feel he'll prove his character on his own if you give him a call. Anyhow, I'm taking back my star now.
