Was just hung up on by the listing agent for 42527 Moonridge Road #A, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Apparently if you have already have a buyer's agent it is terribly offensive to contact the listing agent directly for a quick question. If this is your home I'd suggest looking for another listing agent. As a former RE/MAX Realtor myself I found this interaction to be less than professional to say the least...Update: He did call my agent and give him a few more details after hanging up on me so I'll add a star for that. Still no excuse for treating people like that.Update 2: I understand responding to a comment to clarify your side of an issue, but this is totally inaccurate. When asked what HOA fees would be for the condo in question, I was told that would be discussed AT CLOSING! That one sentence should tell you all you need to know about this guy. It's not worth my time dig deeper here because I feel he'll prove his character on his own if you give him a call. Anyhow, I'm taking back my star now.

Working with Gary and his team was a top notch experience. Starting with multiple trips to Big Bear to find just the right property, Gary was always available and confident we would find what we were looking for in our price range. He directed us to a property that was perfect for us, helped us navigate a multiple offer scenario, and because of his relationship with the listing agent and engagement with our lender allowed us to overcome the inevitable snag in the closing process without losing the contract. Instead, we closed on time! He personally congratulated us on our purchase by handing over the keys and welcomed us to a tight knit community with great referrals that have already proved invaluable. I'm recommending him to everyone I know.

Do not list with this team. We have been trying to cancel our listing because they did not show our house 10 times in the past year. He finally said he would, now 13 days later, its still up and he has not signed the cancellation. Be careful. They list a lot of houses and do not give attention to all of the. They are looking for quick flips.
