Feedback:

Lots of books. Helpful staff. They recently changed their policy on DVDs and CDs which is nicer for the patrons. While the building itself is not the most impressive, you can find lots of great materials.

Feedback:

They have a good selection of books, but sometimes requested items take forever to come. I requested a book, Lost in the Pacific, 1942, in January, as it was a Battle of the Books book. We had to buy it because it never came. It still hasn't come and it's been 5 months. other than that, it's great.

Feedback:

I am excited for the updates and hope that will help the overcrowding and general welcome feel of this place. I have appreciate the years I have spent going but studying/ researching there was difficult.

Feedback:

If you have not visited in some time, I encourage all who decided to stay away after a negative experience to try again. The new manager is top-notch, and the staff have followed that lead.Excellent (new?) policy: books that are near due but have not been renewed and for which there are no holds are auto-renewed. Nice!I am excited to see how the new facility shapes up. In the meantime, they have done a nice job of adjusting things to allow patrons to continue to enjoy all services and have as much space as possible.

Feedback:

Their policy on replacement and new Library cards is ridiculous. The staff at the front desk are not helpful and reply back with matter of fact responses. Unlike other patrons, I have no issues w/ the building. But their customer service and attitude towards the patrons leaves much to be desired. Their website is also very antiquated.

Feedback:

Needs some major updating.

Feedback:

I was emailed about an overdue book even though I knew I had returned it. I was then contacted and told that the book was there but was wet and molded and I needed to pay $16.99. I was sure it was not that way when I returned it, as I checked the books as I returned them. It had been raining that day and although my books were in my bag when I returned them I wonder if possibly another book returned had rain on it that got into my book. The notion that this was done by anything other than me or my kids was rejected and was told I could disputes but I had a very small chance of having this charge go away. Since there was an impasse I offered to buy another one and give to them, since I knew this book sold for much cheaper than $16.99. This offer was rejected which led me to feel like they wanted to profit from this situation. I'm really disheartened since I've been a big supporter of this library, but I am very turned off with how this was handled and don't plan on going back.
