First off, I wish I could attach pictures to this. I will attempt to at the end.My husband and I stayed in the EZ Cabin from 09/13-09/15. We got married in Unicoi State Park on 09/15 last year, and wanted to be close this year, for our first anniversary.Upon pulling up, we noticed that the cabin was located very close to other cabins in the area (I could hear people talking from some of the other cabins from inside our cabin) -- the NEXT thing we noticed was the creepy abandoned bus parked in the gravel driveway of our cabin (broken windows, flat tires, just horror-movie creepy).Upon entering the cabin, we immediately noticed the dank/musty/mildew smell. We then saw that the light fixtures were dirty, and several lightbulbs throughout the cabin did not work. This is in addition to the fridge leaking inside (wet sandwiches!), as well as a thick layer of loose rust/ashes/dirt/thick metal sand(?? We couldn't figure out WHAT it was!) on top of the wood-burning fireplace. This was our first impression -- within our first 5 minutes of being in the cabin.Later on, we decided to give the hot tub a try. We quickly changed our minds, due to the look of the cover when we took it off, as well as the hot tub having no headrests, only sharp hard plastic knobs or they once were. The control knobs were also broken off, so we wouldn't have been able to adjust the settings anyway!We took showers instead. The water temp and pressure were pretty good. The tub took about 15 minutes to drain after each of us got out, though, which made me feel kind of gross (wondering what was backing the drain up).We did not call to try any of this fixed, as it was a ton of stuff that was wrong, and we REALLY just wanted to be left alone for our anniversary weekend, and not have people coming in and out of the cabin to check on the issues.We tried to stay out of the cabin as much as possible, which was not our original plan. So much for drinking a glass of wine on the porch watching the sun set in the mountains! Happy anniversary to us!Check in/out was easy. Wrong information posted inside the cabin about checkout, though.Customer service were nice and were helpful when I had an issue with our activity passes, and when I called with questions about trash/key drop for checkout.

My husband and I just spent our 7th year anniversary in the cabin called purple air it was so lovely I wish I didnt have to leave but the view was spectacular and I can't wait to come back the people was awesome and they went far and beyond to make it feel like home can't wait to come back

Gerogia Mountain Rentals saved my wife's and I vacation. We had originally booked a cabin through Airbnb which was managed by another rental company. Through no fault of the other rental company the property owner decided to withdraw their property from Airbnb THE DAY OF. Literally as we were driving and about three hours away. <br/>The other rental rental company worked with Georgia Mountain Rentals to get us a cabin to stay in, and it was a major upgrade. We stayed at Hillside and it was perfect. The cabin is very clean, spacious, and everything we needed was there.<br/>Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and was there to offer any tips on things to do.<br/>If we ever find a need to rent another cabin this will be the first place we go.

My husband and I have been staying at these cabins for 6 years now, there so awesome! And the staff are so understanding, friendly and accommodating!!! We usually go for our anniversary but this year came for our family vacation, it was the best vacation ever! All these cabins are awesome!

My husband and I stay in Cherokee Ridge 7 March 23-29th. It was just the vacation that we needed. Everything was great, from the coziness of the cabin to the warmth of the hot tub. It was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the staff pleasant and direct. We look forward to returning as soon as our schedules allow us.

This last trip was the second time we’d used GA Mountain rentals. We had a few problems at first but after calling and speaking to Sherry and Nita, everything was taken care of. These ladies went through a lot of extra effort to make our stay pleasant. It just goes to show you that if you’re paying good money to stay somewhere, make a phone call and remain calm. A genuinely decent business will make things right. We recommend Ga Mtn Rentals and will stay with them again and again.
