I've had experience selling a home and managing a rental with Emily and her team. In both circumstances I was thrilled with the outcome. Southeby's really knows their market and are honest with expectations, which I appreciate. In both cases, I was nervous and when I let Emily and her team do what they do best- it did all work out! We had to sell our house quickly - had a home sale contingency, and we were blown away when it sold in the middle of JAN! I'd highly recommend this office.

The Sotheby's team has also helped us find rentals for our friends and family in Ocean City for the summer months. Agent never calls back when we encountered an issue. Called office and Sue an agent there told us she would have our agent call us back. That was 12 hrs ago and still no call back. Very disaapointed with customer service
