I've had experience selling a home and managing a rental with Emily and her team. In both circumstances I was thrilled with the outcome. Southeby's really knows their market and are honest with expectations, which I appreciate. In both cases, I was nervous and when I let Emily and her team do what they do best- it did all work out! We had to sell our house quickly - had a home sale contingency, and we were blown away when it sold in the middle of JAN! I'd highly recommend this office.
