If you want to create something that is unique to you and a true reflection of your dental practice, then call Golden Proportions Marketing. Jen Bernstein and Kelly Way are AMAZING. As our account executive/manager they have been, and continue to be knowledgeable, professional but most importantly to me, patient. I would consider myself a difficult client- one that knows everything that they don’t like but can’t zero in on what they want. Jen and Kelly will conduct phone calls and pick your brains and somehow, at the end of their process, is exactly the product you wanted. If you are willing to put in the time, Jen Bernstein and GPM will get you there! You will quickly realize that GPM has a highly curated team that is working together in the background to design/create all the great stuff they promise. I strongly recommend GPM to any dental practice. Over the last eight years, we have created a new logo/website, incorporated social media marketing, front desk phone training, custom photography, radio marketing, print ad, postcard mailers, on and on. Our practice production has consistently grown every year since we started working with Golden Proportions Marketing. They are always approacable and trasparent which is a really really important aspect to have as a marketing company. We've had a good experience overall with this company but I'd like to mention Mark Cresswell specifically. Last week I ran into a situation with our domain that put me in way over my head. Although managing my domain is not part of his job, he was juggling several meetings, and I continuously badgered him, Mark really went the extra mile. He did work that I, who takes a lot of pride in being a techy, was lost on completing. Thank you guys so much!

We have been working with GPM for 6 months and our SEO improved tremendously. John nicely balanced our budget with our lead generation needs. He listened to our needs, wants and executed them accordingly. John was not pushy or recommended services just for productions. Dawn in account receivables is very professional and throughout. She works with us when there are issues. Her work ethic is commendable! If you want marketing results, GPM is the company for you.

We are almost done with our logo redesign--we're on round 5--and on every round, we've been presented with thoughtful, creative options that capture the personality of our organization in one way or several.
