As our account executive/manager they have been, and continue to be knowledgeable, professional but most importantly to me, patient. I would consider myself a difficult client- one that knows everything that they don’t like but can’t zero in on what they want. Jen and Kelly will conduct phone calls and pick your brains and somehow, at the end of their process, is exactly the product you wanted. If you are willing to put in the time, Jen Bernstein and GPM will get you there! You will quickly realize that GPM has a highly curated team that is working together in the background to design/create all the great stuff they promise.
