Client Review on GrafficTraffic
Feedback:
On July 18, 2018 we as an agency, and furthermore, brothers and sisters protecting the silver line received the news we’ve always dreaded, and hoped would never be: Our corrections brother Officer Joseph Gomm (MCF-Stillwater) lost his life in the line of duty serving the great state of Minnesota.Paul was out of town for a wedding, but we were assured that his team would get ahold of Paul right away and explain the situation, and the urgency of getting a shirt designed. We received a call back within a few hours, explained the design to Paul and asked if this would be something that they could pull off. Paul’s response, "Just tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen.” This offering phrase remained a common theme when collaborating with Graffic Traffic. While driving home from an out of town wedding with his wife, Paul collaborated with his team to make the Joe Gomm shirts become a reality.Within only a few days, Paul and his team at Graffic Traffic printed thousands of shirts, donating hours of time so DOC staff could get these shirts out in a very short amount of time. This was a huge step for the corrections family to be able to start their long road to healing, honoring our fallen brother. Paul continued to be a help at the event, arriving with spreadsheets and support. He was assisting in any way that he could that day, going above and beyond! After the event he continued to keep the Gomm family in mind, and took it upon himself to design and create stickers which also contributed to the fundraiser for the Gomm family. The proceeds raised from the Gomm shirts and stickers exceeded $33,000.On Monday, September 24, 2018, once again our department suffered another traumatic loss. Officer Joseph Parise died in the line of duty after responding to a staff assault. Officer Parise suffered a medical emergency after responding and assisting with the staff assault, and returning to his post. Feeling hurt, brokendown, we once again called upon Paul Burke and his team at Graffic Traffic and, once again, we were greeted with “We’ll make it happen!” They put together a design and the team at Graffic Traffic did, indeed, make it happen. Through what seemed like endless emails and phone calls, Paul was always there with the answer we were looking for and a calm voice of reassurance that it was well underway. With orders still continuing to flood in, we are not sure what the final amount raised will be for the Parise family, but we are so grateful once again for the devotion and dedication Graffic Traffic has shown the Corrections and Law Enforcement community.Paul Burke and his team did not have to do what they did, for as long as they have continued to do it. But this is who they are. Graffic Traffic is more than just a printing company. They have become family to us and the brothers and sisters of our agency.
