Feedback:

On behalf of the families of MNDOC... We are truly grateful that Graffic Traffic has gone above and beyond in their support of the families of both Officer Gomm and Officer Parise. God bless you....

On July 18, 2018 we as an agency, and furthermore, brothers and sisters protecting the silver line received the news we’ve always dreaded, and hoped would never be: Our corrections brother Officer Joseph Gomm (MCF-Stillwater) lost his life in the line of duty serving the great state of Minnesota.Paul was out of town for a wedding, but we were assured that his team would get ahold of Paul right away and explain the situation, and the urgency of getting a shirt designed. We received a call back within a few hours, explained the design to Paul and asked if this would be something that they could pull off. Paul’s response, "Just tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen.” This offering phrase remained a common theme when collaborating with Graffic Traffic. While driving home from an out of town wedding with his wife, Paul collaborated with his team to make the Joe Gomm shirts become a reality.Within only a few days, Paul and his team at Graffic Traffic printed thousands of shirts, donating hours of time so DOC staff could get these shirts out in a very short amount of time. This was a huge step for the corrections family to be able to start their long road to healing, honoring our fallen brother. Paul continued to be a help at the event, arriving with spreadsheets and support. He was assisting in any way that he could that day, going above and beyond! After the event he continued to keep the Gomm family in mind, and took it upon himself to design and create stickers which also contributed to the fundraiser for the Gomm family. The proceeds raised from the Gomm shirts and stickers exceeded $33,000.On Monday, September 24, 2018, once again our department suffered another traumatic loss. Officer Joseph Parise died in the line of duty after responding to a staff assault. Officer Parise suffered a medical emergency after responding and assisting with the staff assault, and returning to his post. Feeling hurt, brokendown, we once again called upon Paul Burke and his team at Graffic Traffic and, once again, we were greeted with “We’ll make it happen!” They put together a design and the team at Graffic Traffic did, indeed, make it happen. Through what seemed like endless emails and phone calls, Paul was always there with the answer we were looking for and a calm voice of reassurance that it was well underway. With orders still continuing to flood in, we are not sure what the final amount raised will be for the Parise family, but we are so grateful once again for the devotion and dedication Graffic Traffic has shown the Corrections and Law Enforcement community.Paul Burke and his team did not have to do what they did, for as long as they have continued to do it. But this is who they are. Graffic Traffic is more than just a printing company. They have become family to us and the brothers and sisters of our agency.

Feedback:

Paul at Graffic Traffic just completed items for retired Minnesota Corrections staff to show their support for staff that are still working. He was great to work with and produced an outstanding product.

The St. Paul Bocce league has been dedicated to using Graffic Traffic as their sole provider of team embroidered apparel and accessories for about a decade. The league decide it was time to change their logo up a bit this year. Graffic Traffic used a 3rd party to digitize the embroidery design. I said we would like to negotiate digitization fee to only pay what their cost of using the 3rd party was and not the mark-up because of loyalty the league has had with them. That was only for the digitization fee. Paul, the owner, then accused me of trying to hurt his ability to feed his family (which seemed very inappropriate for our conversation). We had every intention of paying the mark-ups on the shirts, just wanted a kind gesture back on the digitization fee. I told him to consider it and get back to me and he never did. Needless to say, the bocce league has moved on to one of the SEVERAL other embroidery services scattered all around the metro. My rating of 2-stars is because the embroideries we've received have always been fine but the customer service, from the owner, was unprofessional and definitely in need of some work.Follow Up: Typical response from owner, claiming it's just a dishonest review. This review is fair and accurate. We didn't ask for the digitization for free we said we would pay at-cost. What is threatening about shopping around for the best deal. You were given first right of refusal, didn't want to deal, and so we walked. For everyone else, this was our experience, know that there really are several other embroidery and screen printing available and I encourage everyone to shop around.

Feedback:

They do not do single items.

Feedback:

This company is awesome. They produced a massive amount of high quality shirts in a short period of time with proceeds going to families of 2 officers. This is a company that the owner and employees work hard and they give back to the community. Thank you.

Feedback:

When we lost a brother in blue, they produced a massive amount of shirts so we could all support him and his family, with proceeds going to the family in their time of need. We even got them fast enough we were able to wear them for his funeral. When we lost a second brother a short time later, traffic traffic was on it making shirts in memory of him as well. Outstanding company, outstanding compassion, and outstanding work! Thank you graffic traffic for supporting the MN DOC!
